Reply:I couldn't find the additional details added that was indicated. K-12 or college? If K-12, then love is too strong of a word as others have mentioned. Liking school, and liking your teachers, and liking everybody in general is great. Few have that personality. If you believe your are "in love" with these people, you obviously can't be "in love with so many at one time. You can be attracted to several, incl. teachers, but you must not act on any attraction to someone that is an adult if you are a minor. Dating several (non-sexual) is ideal to get to know several different people before narrowing your choice down to one that you may love. I don't believe your question was about being "in love", rather liking school and those around you. Keep it up, be happy, make others happy by liking them... Wonderful attribute.

No, it is never wrong to love, as long as you set specific guidelines as far as decency is concerned. Loving people from within the school you are going to, gives so much pressure to a specific relationship thus it also gives a lot of restrictions to it. Loving people within the school premises is like having an affair inside the office or work area.
Sets of guidelines are made to really make it work out. That's why they say "All is fair in love and war". This is when this quotation applies.

Should I dime on my classmates to protect my grade or not?
I’m a full-time adult non-traditional student and I just finished my final group project to get my degree. In this group project I was working with three younger traditional students. During the project I began to realize that these students, although very bright, had the attitude that they knew it all, and nothing I suggested seemed to appeal to them. I tried several times to express to them that based on my 20 years plus experience in the business world that we were conducting the project incorrectly. Well, they rejected all of my ideas because they felt they were swifter than I was, so eventually I gave up trying to tell them. After that I was forced to do the project their way because I was out voted 3 to 1.
I found it very difficult to follow their way which had no logic, no organization and many times they would make decisions and not inform me. They seemed to want the spotlight but resented the work load that came with having the spotlight.

You don't compromise when people aren't following the rules. You can't compromise if they aren't willing to compromise back. You can't work "with" people who aren't willing to work with you - So, I consider SOME of the advice here kind of hollow and very one sided. (Scares me to think of them being in charge actually).
Being able to present your ideas and persuade them IS a skill, but that also depends on the people you're presenting to, so if they really did want to screw around and not follow the rules, then it sounds like it wouldn't matter what you did. You already complimented them that they were very bright - talked about them not informing you.
Talking to an instructor earlier would be helpful and a good business decision, but can't be done now and YOURE A STUDENT SO YOURE LEARNING STILL , so is good info for next time. (So give 'em a break guys! Sheesh!)
Go for the grade though - if they aren't going to support you, you'll have to do it yourself.
Explain to the instructor your concern about "ratting them out" and that's not what you want to be doing and that you're concerned for the grade. Demonstrate your ability behind the scenes to the instructor one on one, that could help you out, and ***I would suggest doing it in person, I don't reccomend letters. Too much is left to chance on interpretation. You can buy yourself an out with doing it in person if you feel it's not going well.***

Dont approach it as if you are telling on them, rather ask for your professors advice and find out what he/she would do in your situation. Then you will have your answer.
BTW, next semester you will not know these people, and you have no allegiance to them so its not diming them out. Its getting you the grade you want and the one you can live with.

boys, girls, what? best thing is find some cute bags with hearts on them and fill them up with assorted candy. write a small personalized message in cool handwriting and throw it in. then make a small card and tie it with a ribbon onto the bag. quick, easy to do, inexpensive, looks nice too

One in particular was a very good friend then and when we met again in highschool we again became excellent friends. She was even a bridesmaid at my wedding and we are still the best of friends now even though we only get to see eachother about once a year (We moved away)

Don't get me wrong, I know you like her a lot, but hear me out before you just ignore my answer. It's not love. It's only infatuation when one person likes another. Love only comes about from a matured relationship.
I have no doubt that you already screwed up your chances with her not just by the fact that you say so, but because of this personality type of yours altogether. Change something.
If you really want to know what to do in a situation like this, believe it or not, you really do have to move on. Again, you didn't want to hear it, and you'll probably listen to dumb answers like, "Be nice to her and ask her out," but you know deep down that this is the simple truth.
It doesn't matter how bad or sick it makes you feel. Dwelling on the fact that she doesn't like you is self-destructive and it leads to depression. You my friend, have gone into a depression over this one simple girl in your life. Your letting ONE failure with ONE person destroy your confidence. So do yourself a favor and knock off this feeling sorry for yourself crap and do something.
You probably want to know what it was about yourself that she didn't like don't you? Guess what? She didn't like you because she already knew you liked her. I don't even have to see you in action to know that you're the kind of person who wears his feelings on his sleeves. (In case you didn't know, that's a bad thing.) There's NOTHING mysterious, or more importantly, INTERESTING about someone you can read like an open book. (Remember that part if nothing else.)
What you should do is STOP being so NICE to her in the future, as well as every other girl you meet, and STOP dweling over her. Learn from your failures from now on. If what you're doing now isn't working,CHANGE SOMETHING. That's the best advice I can offer you.

I have seen guys that I was in love with in a classroom before I know what it is like. It is scary as hell to do anything, being afraid you would do something to offend that person. Don't get me wrong, I know you like her a lot, but hear me out before you just ignore my answer. It's not love. It's only infatuation when one person likes another. Love only comes about from a matured relationship.

Just go back to class with your head held high. Everyone does things like that, and presentations can be scary! Don't be ashamed at all. Don't pretend it didn't happen, but don't feel the need to make jokes out of it or something. If someone mentions it, just admit, "yeah, I freaked out. It happens". And if ANYONE dares to tease you, don't worry about it. I guarantee that karma will get them!

I know that I have. When I entered the new school district for 4th grade, I thought it would be a pretty friendly community, but it isn't. All the school kids hate me and still do, because I came from another elementary school, and they think I am some kind of weirdo or something. I have no friends and I always sit alone in the lunch table, because none of the schoolmates would let me sit with them, and when there's group projects, none of them would let me work with them, and when we work with partners, no one ever picks me, so I always had to be by myself all the time, and when someone is forced to be my partner, they act like if it's a total nightmare to be partners with me. And when there's lunch time, people would throw food at me, and I have very little self-confidence let me tell you. And on field trips, I usally have to sit them out, because if I go on any field trip,You'll usally see me by myself because no one will hang out with me and everything. Sometimes people will tease

Even kids that normally wouldn't tease you will, if teasing you means that the attention will be off them. Girls in groups are dangerous too. Your life is very hard ... I have been there.
Good news though you seem smart and very strong. You have not let them break you. My best advice would be to find a hobby or something you LOVE in life. It can be acting, dancing , riding horses , ANYTHING THAT YOU LOVE . Now go out and apply yourself to that love .Take lessons in it and join any clubs that pertain to that hobby. You will gain lots of self confidence and perhaps make true lasting friendships without the stress of school people. I started riding horses and joined 4 H club. I made many friends there and nobody knew I was the most hated kid in my school. It helped me see that not everyone hated me or thought I was trash. It was the single most important thing that saved me from all the bullying and crap I had to go through at school. Trust me find something you like and pursue it outside of school... It will help you gain self confidence.Also when you get to high school there will be many clubs and team sports. Try joining some clubs...That's often a great way to make a few friends!
As for the school life please realize that many of these kids are scared and that motivates a lot of this behavior. Please do what ever it takes to go to class and excel in your school work. Do not even think about letting these people make you quit ! You only have 4 more years. Also I want to let you know that as these kids age they will mature a little. By the time they get to 10 th grade a lot of the face to face bullying lets up some. They may not become your friends or stop gossiping about you but they may start ignoring you a little more.

The safety aspect worries me, too.
If you are getting beaten, bullied and thrown down stairs, that is assault and the offenders need to be charged.

Remember the next time you go to a new place, the first day is the most important because you are presenting yourself the way people will see you forever after that day. Reply:I had been isolated from the 3rd grade on up to graduation. I didn't get into brand name clothes, I didn't party or smoke and that left me out to be what these people called a dexter.
But my satisfaction now is knowing that all of these popular people who treated me so badly are either married and divorced several times over, in prison, on welfare, or just plain wasted their lives away.

Reply:Maybe you should consider going to a private school. Classes are small and the education is excellent. I think the students and staff should treat you better there as well. Do a little research on your own as to the schools in your area and find out about ways to finance it. Even if you work for it, delivering papers, it would be worth it. You don't have to be Catholic to go to a Catholic private school.

How can I expose cheating classmates?
I'm in all honors and am currently in the top 10 of my grade. I should be higher. However, all but one of those smarter than me all cheat on everything they do. One flat-out tells me he copies my answers, and the rest share their answers rather loudly (some of the teachers are hard of hearing). I need to figure out a way to expose them for what they're doing without telling the teacher directly -- Our teachers happen to have large mouths and I don't need 8 students that I'm in class with all day hating on me.
How can I expose cheating classmates?
This is a really difficult situation. Frankly, it's what pisses me off the most about cheaters -- they put you in a compromising position that is as unfair for the innocent bystanders, as the very activity they are engaged in.
It's a real conundrum.
You can look at it one of two ways. Experience has shown me that in the end, most cheaters pay. This is a bitter pill to swollow when you see scummy people try to take short-cuts and be seemingly rewarded in the short term. But over time, this usually bites them in the ***. They aren't learning what they need to learn, and it often hurts them when they are required to perform at a higher caliber later in their studies. More often than not, they attempt to cheat through that as well, and will either get caught or struggle when you do not. So even if you take no action, you will ultimately do better in life in most circumstances.
Second, understand that academics are a "game." Grades matter less than your ability to apply what you learn outside of the classroom in a real, work environment. Cheaters will almost always have difficulties adjusting to the workplace, where you can't just "cheat" through things. They are often exposed. Focus on yourself and stay honest and true, and you'll reap the benefits. Trust me, I know.
Finally, if you must expose them, find someone on the faculty that you truly trust and admire and approach him or her in private. Explain that you believe there are shennanigans going on and that the professor might want to keep a closer eye on how he or she administers tests. Understand that even when schools catch cheaters, these days the consequences are pretty soft. In my opinion, they ought to be expelled, period. But unfortunately, this seems to be a growing trend and it carries with it a certain amount of tolerance from administrators. Be prepared that very little will actually happen, even if they are caught. It's hard pill to swollow, but it's reality.
In the end, maintain your ethics and integrity and do the best you can. I've hired people who I now understand were cheaters and liars ... they exposed themselves fairly quickly regardless of their cunning and polish. Suffice it to say, they no longer work for me.
Take comfort in that and do what's right by you. You will be repaid eventually.

The Ad is an internet based ad. A computer/person can easily get your demographics (city, state) by using your IP address and seeing which ISP (internet service provider) issued it and where they issued it to. Your information is not in danger...neither are you.

It's been three years since I've graduated high school. He contacted me and actually apologized for all the stuff he did back in high school. Realizing that we weren't meant for eachother. He moved on and now we're friends.. this is what we were supposed to be the whole time. But, he scared me away back then. If you have never pursued her than how do you know she doesn't like you.. or that the attraction couldn't potentially be there? If you know that this will never be than find a different girl to swoon over.. The sooner you find a love that is returned the sooner your spell will be broken over this girl. We already know that if we take our cans to the recycling center you can get money... I cannot get them to recycle. They just throw everything away... Is there a better incentive rather than money? Should the university have there own recycling center on campus... Therefor the students will get instant rewards? I need help... Even the janitors don't care about recycling. Any ideas?
