she says that her present relationship is over and wants to hook up for drinks. she will be in my area next weekend and we used to have lots of fun together (sexual and otherwise). she wants to stay at my place and my present on/off partner will be out of town herself...should I relive some good times or just decline the offer?

I'd decline, the ex got thru with a bad relationship. She sees you thru rose colored glasses right now and will try to rekindle. Plus, I'm not exactly sure your current lady will be thrilled. Best to remember, the old flame is an "old" flame for a reason.
