How much chex mix should i make for 24 classmates?

it is not potluk, it is samples, becuase in english i am doing a "how to make chex mix" presentation. like... 9 cups, etc

How much chex mix should i make for 24 classmates?
I would do a 1/2 cup per student.

Makes:24 servings (1/2 cup each)





Ingredients:


6 tablespoons butter or margarine


2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce


1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt


3/4 teaspoon garlic powder


1/2 teaspoon onion powder


3 cups Corn Chex® cereal


3 cups Rice Chex® cereal (gluten free)


3 cups Wheat Chex® cereal


1 cup mixed nuts


1 cup bite-size pretzels


1 cup garlic-flavor bite-size bagel chips or regular-size bagel chips, broken into 1-inch pieces








Preparation Directions:


1. Heat oven to 250°F. In ungreased large roasting pan, melt butter in oven. Stir in seasonings. Gradually stir in remaining ingredients until evenly coated.


2. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool, about 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.


Microwave Directions: In large microwavable bowl, microwave butter uncovered on High about 40 seconds or until melted. Stir in seasonings. Gradually stir in remaining ingredients until evenly coated. Microwave uncovered on High 5 to 6 minutes, thoroughly stirring every 2 minutes. Spread on paper towels to cool. Store in airtight container.
Reply:if it is just a sample i would make about 8 cups, thats a little more than 1/4 cup each. If it was for a full snack type, i would make a bit more than 12 cups....good luck on your presentation...
