Have you ever had your classmates laugh/make fun of you and then the teacher laughed at you too?

Not laughed with you but at you. I was just going through one of my old year books and I remembered when I was in 8th grade my gym teacher joined in the laughter with some of the other students who were laughing at the way I ran. That jerk.

Have you ever had your classmates laugh/make fun of you and then the teacher laughed at you too?
You know, that teacher sounds like a real loser, because he or she shouldv'e known better than to do that. Sounds like they were one of those people who do that because they need to be liked so much.

Reply:My family used to change countries every few years because of my father's job and so I've been a newbie at a number of schools. I can't remember any specific situation but I know that I've been through that too and what I DO remember is feeling a sense of betrayal by the teacher who ought to have stood up for me.
Reply:Yes, in 6th grade. Playing baseball/softball-whatever it was called. I didn't see where the bases where, from second base-trying to find it I ran way back into the field.-- how embarrassing! Take care.

Reply:last year my chemistry teacher always laughed along with the class at my attempts to answer questions, but that was just because i was so bad at it haha and i didnt mind because it WAS pretty funny how crap i was

When I was about 9 Mum took me to the hairdresser and had him cut my hair short. One of the kids behind me kept leaning forward to pull the back of my hair - hard. I got in trouble because I turned around to tell him to stop it. When I told the teacher why I spoke he told me that I had no hair left to be pulled. The whole class laughed.
Reply:yes i've had a few teachers laugh at me.. i remeber when i was in 7th grade my math teacher made fun of me in front of the whole class for not being fast at math quizzes.. i never got over it.


sometimes i don't know who thought it would be a good idea to hire jerks like that everyone know that school is the most traumatic times in life and children are very vulnerable to emotional attacks on themselves
Reply:I'd laugh too if it was funny. That's never happened to me, but I definitely have it coming.
