I had a three month subscription, got in touch with my best friend from high school (which was the reason i joined) and now we just talk on the phone or on myspace, if you are looking for someone specific, you should look to see if they are on the site before you pay for it.
As far as fond high school memories, I have tons, but to name a few..worshipping pringles, parties in the courtyard, "devil worshippers", toilet papering a kid and using gum to stick it to him..hot dog collage that got us a weeks worth of in school suspension..ahh the good old days

I use facebook which is probably 19+.
Reply:i got a message that someone had left me a message there, so I went and signed up only to find out I had to pay to read the message. I went to myspace and typed in the persons name and low and behold there they were, I know talk with him for free. Anyone on classmates is likely to by on myspace too (if theyre under30)
