One of my classmates, passed away. I can't seem to get my mind off him.?
I'm so sorry to hear that Salina K. that is the most horrifying thing to go through. At this point of your grieving you need all the support you can get. but remember don't push yourself to hard to get back on the horse because you just might fall into a deeper depression. So take it one day at a time so you can progress and not digress. Remember that there are friends and family that cares about you a great deal.
Reply:o my gosh that is so sad and one way to deal with the loss is to think about good times you had with him or stuff you guys talked about or something im not very good with the death of people sorry

I think u jut have to do something else, move to different places, hang around and plz dont go to the places where he/she and u used to go. That will make u remember more about he/she. So just do different things. I think that might help.
