I had joined Classmates.com and they charged me $39 and I have no clue how to contact them..please Help me...?
The phone number for the merchant is on the credit card statement.
Look to where they list the charge and there should be an 800
number. If you cannot find it call the credit card customer service number and ask for help.
Reply:Here's the site to cancel. Be advised that you must email them and they will 'assist you in converting to a free membership". (Translation = they will pressure you to continue your paid membership)
